Francis did an outstanding job as always. This is the 3rd time he has worked on my lawn mower over a three year span and each time has done great work. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to "show and tell" the fix and maintenance tips to avoid future problems. The scheduling process however needs some work. It appears that Francis can be scheduled without consideration to time and distance. My latest repair had to be rescheduled 3 times to get it done, no fault of Francis.

It took 6/7 weeks before we got service and that was 100% Sears ' fault. The company should have bumped us to the top of the list! That's why we have a service contract! We love Dave! Not his fault. He does excellent work ! We give him 5 stars!
