Joey is a very pleasant person when he comes out. He does not rush through fixing lawn mower and makes sure it is working before he leaves. He calls and lets you know he is on his way and what time he will be there. He deserves more than 5 stars. Very good employee.

Fred, aka Rusty, was a pleasure to have around while he worked on my aging lawn tractor. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took much time and care to give it an overall tune-up and long-over due care it needed. The tractor runs like new again and I appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. Such care for the customer and love for his job and helping customers is unheard of these days. I wish more people were as genuine and concerned about their workmanship as Rusty!

Although a repair was not possible, George was wonderful, and went to extreme lengths to attempt the repair. I was extremely satisfied with his efforts, and will not hesitate to call Sears for repair work in the future.
