The AI Sears software left us reserve a service appt in the winter to service our riding mower. When the serviceman arrived, he let us know that it was a mistake and they weren't servicing mowers until Spring. Thankfully Stephen took a look anyway and diagnosed our problem. Aside from Sears messing up with the AI software, I was very happy worth Stephen's service call.

What I believed to be simply a "diagnostic" call to determine the cause of the noise and non-movement problem with my Cub Cadet riding mower, but it turned into on the spot repair. The culprit was the long, underneath belt drive for the mower unit. What a relief, because riding lawn repair shops are few and far to be found--and you'll be lucky if you can find one that won't put you on a weeks long for pickup. Highly recommended.
