Great Service
Tom is always prompt and professional. Asks you what the issue is with the lawn tractor and gets right to work correcting the issue, when he is finished always explains what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Have been very pleased with services given by John for over 15 yrs and now understand you no longer are going to offer your warrany services any longer. Very disappointed with Sears or whoever the company that is now responsible or whoever has made the irrational decision to leave seniors like myself without someone to service their riding tractor.
