Excellent Service as Always
I can always count on Sears Home Services and especially Marvin. No matter what it takes, Marvin is there not only to make the repairs but to offer tips on maintenance and operation of my lawn tractor. This repair was not easy and Marvin is patient, friendly and just terrific. Thanks so much.

My experience with Mark's repair service was great. Arrived on time, knowledgeable, friendly. Not real happy that one of two parts ordered by Mark was wrong. Mark completed the repair without the correct replacement part making the mower operational again. Will see if his efforts result a a long term fix.
