He always shows up with a smile on his face and works very hard and quickly. He's worked in my driveway in 110 degrees and also in pouring down miserable rain. He's a workhorse of an employee and is the very best part of Sears, in my opinion, for YEARS!!

Service man Bret who did the repair was very good. Very friendly, appeared to be knowledgeable of the tractor and gave some helpful suggestions. However, Sears Home Service phone system was very difficult to use. An issue regarding a part for the repair was not delivered as expected and my efforts to contact a real live person to address the issue was extremely frustrating. Gotta review your phone referral system.
