We really appreciate James' work on our dishwasher. The Sears Home Repair dispatch service stinks - they rescheduled, cancelled, and messed up multiple appointments, but when the logistics got figured out, James was friendly and professional. He saved the experience.

Khalid was outstanding. Knew exactly how to do the repairs and very responsive, even picking up calls on Saturday mornings. Sears management system is trash. No way to reach a human operator or even get correct, current information. System fails to log its own activities, deliveries, or scheduled repairs. Constantly rescheduled a repair due to incorrect information. If it wasn't for Khalid's excellent service, Sears would be out a customer today. Fix your system.

Hector was prompt, on time. I explained in generic terms, the noise the dryer was making. Hector began working immediately. Luckily Hector had the parts in his van required to fix the dryer! There was no need to wait for parts or set a 2nd appointment! I was well pleased!
