Very friendly, very patient waiting for me to put away my dogs . Was very careful handling the appliance while putting in the new valve. I felt bad because it there was a little grease some of the areas of the stove. He did a really good dealing with that didn't say a word and just did his job. We had a good conversation about stuff great person

I'm giving a 5 start only for TROY. Sears would not get this rating because the issue is ongoing. Troy was great, however, completely uneeded visit. Sears is not doing a good job tracking the issue for service and sent him out needlessly. I'm still holding while Sears "researches" for my replacement product. I have yet to receive it. I sent a cancel message, but it never reached Troy. He was kind and punctual and I felt bad he made the unncessary trip. Hopefully we'll get this part in soon.
