Our technician was outstanding. Knowledgeable about what needed done and did it in a timely and professional manner!!! Your scheduling however is terrible. After making arrangements with the tech to finish repairs we received notice at 2am of the day he was supposed to come back that he wouldn't be there. Totally unacceptable. Time was taken off from work costing us money. Things couldn't be changed on the short notice given. Then after being pushed off the list we had to wait another week for him to return!!! That is terrible customer service on the scheduling department's end and something you should take care of!!!

A true professional Mark is with giving me a update, that his previous appointment running longer. He is also a active listener, a good attitude and logic. Really great communicator, besides all his expertise with my Whirlpool washer and dryer. He cleaned up after himself, was organized, and wore those shoe protector for my beige carpet. Outstanding!!!

The circuit board was dead in the Whirlpool Double Wall Oven. Veaceslav took the oven apart and had it repaired within 40 minutes. Nice man, and excellent work ethic. Very professional and knowledgeable.
