My washer was down 4 weeks now no response from where I purchased it 7 months ago. I remembered I signed up for my home warranty . Called after 2 months n the tech came fixed issue no fuss no muss no scolding me for what I broke. Efficient and fast nice man! I live in the mountains and first repair guy that simply fixed issue. I have to say, i have never had anyone explain how a washing machine works to this extent before. I was really grateful for how much he knew about it, tips on how to get the best wash, amount of items to load, soap, literally didn't miss a thing. I wish every service provider was like Mychael. Truly!!! He's a gem!! Also, just so kind, professional and thorough.
