Andrew was fantastic. Very communicative about arrival time. He identified the problem with our refrigerator/freezer quickly and got it running again. He even offered to sweep the dust before placing the fridge back! Great experience.

This was a very trying experience with constant cancellations and extended dates for service. The problem started in March and was not resolved until June 13. Two months of constant phone calls and guarantees that dit not produce satisfactory results. Parts ordered and received by the end of May and still had 4 rescheduled dates - up to and as far off as June 24 which is ridiculous. Impossible to speak to a person without going through a multitude of phone prompts and disconnects. Website is also hard to navigate.
