Ignacio was great! He knew exactly what was wrong with our washer and told us what we needed to. He explained to us that the washer is a computer, unlike the old washers. We never thought about that. He told us we needed to unplug the washer about 10 minutes in order for the computer to reset. It worked fantastically! This gentlemen was great, explained it perfectly, was friendly and we are very pleased with work. Thank you!

Tim did an excellent job finding the real problem with the stove. It was a loose screw instead of the part that was order for the stove. I appreciated his skills and knowledge of his craft.

Gabriel worked hard trying to get the washer to spin. It wouldn't. He said it would need a new part. I asked how much it would cost? He said over $300. We said don't fix the machine.
