Professional, knowledgeable and personable
Daniel was very friendly. He knew what he was doing and took little time to definitively diagnose the problem. His explanation was simple to understand but very thorough. Unfortunately for me, the problem wash not the washer, so he could not repair it.

The service by Jim was great and professional. He was thorough in his communication. However the experience in dealing with was very much frustrating and with much to be desired. Totally relying on AI with no way to talk to a live rep is absurd. In the communication from Sears they warn about a cancelation fee if not done prior to 24 hrs. However I received a cancelation notice around 11:30 on the day of service. Also, having an 8-5 window for service is ludicrous. Scheduled service calls are planned and so should the times to do repairs where a lesser window of service could be given in my opinion. Lastly constantly sending out notifications to confirm was very irritating. One time should be sufficient.

Manuel arrived promptly, and did the work, replacing the seal on our dryers drum. He was very professional, and very effective at solving our issue. I do, however, have great concerns about the fact that it took me, literally one month to get a technician out to our house. I am very disappointed in the abilities of your current AI. The humans are wonderful, but I am very disgusted With the many hurdles, it took to get one technician to replace a seal on a dryer drum. Five. Stars for Manuel. Zero stars for Sears AI.

Angel was very professional figuring out what the issue was and explaining what needed to be done to get the dryer running again. Everything seemed to work when he was done and now I can start putting a dent in the mountain of laundry we have!!!
