Luis arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was needed to fix the top rack of the dishwasher and gave us an estimate. we agreed and he ordered the necessary parts. Later, he returned and installed the brackets quickly and correctly. Then he showed me the finished work. During the entire process, he was professional in his manner and appearance. Also his people skills are excellent! Luis is a great representative of A and E. Please use this when he has his annual review. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service!

After 3 months and 4 repair men, Kevin finally got it done…yay! It has basically been rebuilt. Hopefully it will last a few more years. I will say that I won't do this in the future. It would have been cheaper and faster to buy a new one. This one is only 5 years old.
