Gunner was dependable and able to meet my need for some flexibility. An ice maker should have been ordered in advance, but was not. Therefore I had to schedule another service call. He put me at the end of his day so I didn't have to be at home all day waiting for him. He was polite, kind and knowledgeable.

Howard. Performed such an amazing service on my dryer. He went far and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly. He was very flexible with timing that he worked around my schedule which meant a lot to me. I am very grateful that he cares. Thank you Howard. God bless your sweet heart.
