After another appliance contractor mis-diagnosed the clothes dryer issue and dragged the repair effort on for weeks, Rikki was contracted and nailed it. Parts were procured and the repair was made in a day. I know that every repair experience will not be great, but this one was. Thank you, Rikki and Sears, for coming to the rescue.

I was not smart and put too much in my freezer, which led to an ice buildup, impacting both the refrigerator's and freezer's ability to cool properly. Robert came to my house, quickly identified the issue, and was helpful in explaining how the side-by-side refrigerator and freezer work (in terms of how the cooling process works inside). He was kind despite the ridiculous reason that caused the trip (my ignorance). I greatly appreciated his expertise and kindness. He deserves a raise for kindly working with un-informed people like me!

Bill phoned to let us know when he would be arriving at our house. He arrived on time and went about his work with a smile. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement part. He said everything was covered by our warranty with no cost to us. Happy to have had the warranty.
