Well my experience was pretty awful. Thr first guy Devin came and listened to my dryer for 5 minutes and then proceeded to diagnosis my dryer wrong. So I purchased 3 wheels for it thst didn't need to be replaced. I also asked him if he needed to look inside the dryer to see if he was right. Cause it made a high pitched sound. I thought it was the belt...which i was wrong but the part thet made the belt move was the issue. If Devin would hsve looked inside the dryer he would hsve known he was wrong. So then I had to wait for thr items to get mailed to me. They got here Tuesday snd had an appointment foe Wednesday between 8 and 5. No one came and didn't have anyone contact me thst they were coming snd thet it got delayed to a day thst didn't work for me. No one asked. I liked my service guy today jerel if I could hire him outside of sears and not deal with sears I would. I feel with all thr trouble I went through I should hsve gotten a discount or something. I dont think im ever going to use sears again for any appliances.
