John checked my washer and the connection for leaks. He then ran water into washer and drained it looking for leaking. After not finding any he continued looking and finally discovered where it was coming from. He was very thorough and professional.

He was good my problem is putting everything back together,.wanted to charge for defrosting the refrigerator I thought that was bit much ,I think I deserve a refund there a part broken by the technician he did order it but wanted me to put it on I need a refund thank you
