It's unfortunate that Sears Home Services couldn't get it right the first time. Or the second time. Both of those diagnosis on my faulty oven were inaccurate. Thomas was my 3rd visit, and he realized the oven wasn't broken after all. He refunded the cost of two parts ordered by the first 2 technicians, which I had paid over $500 for.
