Antonio was great. He called ahead of time to provide an E. T. A., came in, explained what he was going to do, diagnosed it, temporarily resolved the issue, explained that a part was needed, explained that he would return once the part was ordered, did exactly that, and my refrigerator is now working again. Great technician and seems to be a better person!

Chicago, ILThe Only Sears Representative That Did His Job
Abdelrahman A provided excellent service today. He was the only representative with Sears during this whole experience to do his job and even exceed my expectations. (In which my expectations were not very high given the circumstances leading up to his arrival at my home. Again, he was excellent - everyone else minus Treasure in customer service was basically useless.) IF I use Sears Home Repair ever again Abdelrahman A. would be the only reason why. He deserves a raise and every one else other than who I mentioned above deserves to get fired. I hope you record your communications with customers to review why I said what I said in this survey.
