Mehran was an outstanding tech. Worked to resolve temperature difficulties on our older Whirlpool fridge. Made it possible to keep the temps down below 40 degrees for the weeks that parts were being ordered. Fixed today!! No food lost!

Ben was excellent. Very knowledgeable. He found very quickly that the problem was with the dryer vent and not the dryer. We had just had the vent cleaned and he showed me what to check for and gave me the name of a reliable vent cleaner who would stand by their work.
