Marcus called when he was headed to the call before mine and let me know when he was on the way to my house- such an easy thing to do, but not common these days! Once here, he promptly identified the problem and fixed it! I enjoyed chatting with him while he made the repair…he went above and beyond in every respect and I would gladly have him work at my house again in the future!
