Truly professional service
I am happy to say that I had a wonderfully professional service from William. This is the type of service I expect from Sears. William did everything as he said he would and made sure he allowed enough time foe the parts to arrive so that he did not have to reschedule. Thank you

Paul, the technician was quick and honest, we need more technicians that are honest, either they do the job correctly or not. And remove the appliance without saying they are not able to remove or take an appliance down and lying. Paul, did a fantastic fib repairing my cooktop.

It was a pleasure having Shane as my technician. He was professional and great communicator. Kept me updated and let me know when he was on his way. The customer service on the other hand through your phone line and chat was HORRIBLE!! No follow up as I was promised. Never could get a live person and if I do it was in India and they were clueless!!
