Quick and great service
We arrived at our second home late at night to find our refrigerator not working. I called A&E Factory Service/Sears first thing the next morning and Pete was at my house by 3 PM that same afternoon. He was not only early, but knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. Don't hesitate to call them… they will take GREAT care of you!

Daniel explained how the bellows (the large rubber seal around the door of our front-loading washer) was misaligned and causing water to puddle at the base of the door. He was quick and efficient at adjusting the bellows and verifying the repair before he left. Throughout his visit he was respectful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional.
