James was exceedingly knowledgeable about my refrigerator and immediately diagnosed and addressed the problem⁰. He contacted me a little after 8 a.m. to tell me when to expect his visit and again to reconfirm. He was professional, friendly, and my cat, who likes almost no one, liked James. A lot.

My Sears technician identified where he thought the leak was coming from, but pulled the dishwasher out to confirm the exact source of the leak. After removing the dishwasher, the Sears technician identified the leak was not where he originally suspected. The leak was from the Heating Element seal caused by a loose jam nut. The Sears technician tightened the jam nut & confirmed the leak was repaired and operated the dishwasher to confirm.

Timothy L was knowledgeable and very helpful! He wasn't able to fix the problem I had with the item I needed repaired because it meet the qualifications for repair. The glass on the oven door had been broken and that didn't qualify for repair.
