Daniel explained how the bellows (the large rubber seal around the door of our front-loading washer) was misaligned and causing water to puddle at the base of the door. He was quick and efficient at adjusting the bellows and verifying the repair before he left. Throughout his visit he was respectful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional. Thank you!

Nice repairman, checked frig and said it should work out fine now. Gave me info on what to get to hook up the water dispenser by the plumbers. Appreciated him.

Paul, the technician was quick and honest, we need more technicians that are honest, either they do the job correctly or not. And remove the appliance without saying they are not able to remove or take an appliance down and lying. Paul, did a fantastic fib repairing my cooktop.
