The technician was thoughtful in putting on shoe covers when entering my home. He explained what he was doing while he was repairing the fridge. He showed me how to clean the condenser coil and repositioned the wheels on the back so it could slide out without damaging the floor. Polite and professional!

Henack is an asset to your company! He is all the things that makes him a great asset, friendly, professional, no mess, answers any questions, etc. I'm very nosey and stood behind him the whole time he worked on our ice maker. he didn't mind and explained everything he was doing.
