His estimate for the cost of the repair was reasonable; we approved, and he efficiently completed the service. Very pleased with his response and repair.

In the beginning it was difficult to get thru to a live person. This week I started to receive updates on the status which was so helpful. John called in the am with update on arrival. He was excellent in the repair and his mannerism. Answered any questions i had. I would give him 10 stars! Best technician I've had!
