He was AWESOME!! However we are very disappointed with Sears warranty...which is why I called the Attorney General, Our Senator, our Representative and the BBB to report the breach of contract by your company. We have been without a working fridge in our kitchen for 10 months and are still.....waiting for...wait for it....more parts....... Breach of Contract and I hope that one of the agencies that I contacted today can help us get our fridge replaced, which is what your company should have done 9 months ago. Does it really take longer to repair an appliance than to produce another human being????? Thank you for asking for a review of your company! Appreciate the opportunity. Again.....Jayden S....
