Easy Communication & Quick Fix!
The property managers for our apartment unit chose to go through Sears when our dryer broke down and I'm glad they did! I was at work when Bryan called to say he was on his way. After a quick conversation it was clear there'd been a bit of miscommunication between my property manager and Sears regarding payment, which was surprising to both of us. However I was able to connect Bryan with my property manager and he handled the surprise game of telephone quickly and professionally, for which I am extremely grateful. My roommate, who was home at the time, met Bryan when he arrived and about 30 minutes later he had our dryer fixed!! It has worked perfectly since. We could not be more thankful. Kudos to Bryan for dealing with the unexpected and for having the knowledge and tools to fix our dryer day-of!

The water line to the interior water dispenser would leak while dispening water. Seem the plastic feeder line needed repair. Technician was timely and repaired the issue in a timely manner.
