Awesome service
Chad was awesome. Even tho he is the only tech left doing his job while others are off the job, he still had a positive attitude, arrived with a smile & repaired my washer in no time. Sears management , you need to value your employees or else you will not have anyone in the repair department. My service appointment was rescheduled twice because of no repair techs.
