I like repair services that are confident and take charge yet also are happy to explain what they are up to. Roman was ON TIME. He met us at the washer. He took over and let us know throughout what was going on. I quickly got out of the way as it was clear that he knew what to do and how to do it. His explanations are very clear. Nice guy. We would be glad to use him again if we need service help.
