Kurt came in. We have 3 young kids and a dog. He got to our house. Gave us a heads up and completed our oven fix. He worked around our kids and got the job done in a really reasonable time. We are using the oven tonight so we will be able to see if the diagnosis was the issue. So pending the oven being fixed, he did a great job. Thanks Kurt!

Joshua took the time to make sure that the washing machine had the correct parts delivered before servicing the machine. It turns out that they don't make the part for this particular Maytag machine anymore so we will need to have it replaced through choice home warranty.

Desean was very fast and efficient . He was kind and understanding to my rant about not receiving a cancellation notice for Monday s scheduled repair and not being able to reach anyone about it with phone numbers given .. waited 3 days for repair when part was received on Saturday and had a scheduled Monday repair appt .
