a very positive experince
Enrique arrived on time, with a smile and great attitude. he was able to troubleshoot the ice maker issue and called for a fix. Two days later, on time again, my part was installed and producing ice. Thanks, Sears, for sending expert Techs to do your work.

Edwardo did an excellent job, clean and efficient to carefully drain water from pump and not spill anything on the floor. The "AI SYSTEM" is worthless. Next to impossible to get to a customer service representative. Calling main number for Sears's home service contacts you to "AI" with no real results. "AI" finally tells you that if you have more questions to contact sears home services. How do I call sears home services when that is who I called in the first place. How stupid are you that in order to save money and not hire humans, you throw out your customer service representative. Haven't you figured that out, customers are unhappy with "AI". Maybe you as a decision maker should be replaced with "AI" and we may get better results.
