Excellent Service
My 20 year old dishwasher ceased cleaning the dishes. The Sears technician was top notch. Although he was hamstrung by the sleazy "Choice Home Warranty" processes designed to avoid paying claims, he stuck with it and methodically diagnosed the problem. I can now use it again with mediocre performance by using the Pot washer and heated rinse features.

The Sears appointment website could use some updating. It shouldn't show that you have an appointment when the fact is that the appointment was cancelled without any notification to the customer at all. I was expecting the technician to arrive at my house and repair my refrigerator and he never showed up and I was not aware of the cancelled appointment until I inquired about it on the appointment site that said I still had an appointment. I was very upset because I had already paid for the parts and the repair prior to the appointment that had been cancelled and there was no communication from Sears about the cancellation or why. I was very happy with the technician as he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem very quickly and did the repair in a timely manner. My refrigerator seems to be working fine so far and I am thankful to Eric as he did a great job. I'm just glad I have my fridge back in business, thank you!!!
