Sears was the second service technician sent by our warranty company. The first guy stopped responding to us when we let him know the dishwasher was still leaking. The Sears technician found the problem pretty quickly and fixed it. We are grateful for our home warranty company for sticking with the repair process and for Sears quality techs!

JC was great, Choice home warranty not so much. Part of this fiasco was Sears original tech using you tube to get a clue- and got it wrong. I fired Choice just now for denying claim by JC, I'd fire the first tech you sent too out at least make him a helper vs front line
