Great!!
John was amazing- figuring out right away the issue with our washer. He ordered the part before leaving our house and set the appointment to replace the part before leaving the house. I had his cell number from his calling before arrival and he returned my texts at his soonest opportunity. He arrived when he said he would and replaced the part in a timely manner and he was polite and considerate the entire time. I couldn't ask for more!

The heating element in my dryer burned out. I was afraid I needed a new dryer because mine is so old. But Sears came out and fixed the problem less than an hour.
