Able to fix and arrived on timeq
Took close to a month to get parts and placed large burden on me because I'm using a walker so going to luandermat to wash several loads of clothes was hard asked if they would rent a washer for me and had no response

He arrived promptly, got right to work, had the appropriate part that needed replacing in our dryer, cleaned out some lint we had clogging the system, told us how to effectively use the dryer moving forward and left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him and Sears moving forward.

The communication leading up to the service call was regular and informative. David called the morning of to let me know his general timing and then I was alerted when he was on his way. David was friendly and went straight to work. He was able to diagnose the resolve the problem quickly and explained what had broken and why. Very professional and I'd recommend this service to anyone.
