My experience with A@E repair service was horrific. The call center and communication is a complete mess. As a former manager for surgery I know how critical scheduling is. Your system does not work. It took almost 6 months to have my dryer repaired which Stephen did today. I had many appointments communicated through email. I would wait all day (8-5) and know one would show up. I even had called to confirm! Once I saw a repair person on my Ring on a day I communicated that I needed to reschedule. How would you like to wait from 8-5 for your surgical procedure? It seems that no one cares about the quality of the service provided by your service team. The excused I heard from call center varied. Customers are not stupid so do not lie about reasons the repair is not completed. At least give them a script or a flow diagram to assist customers with problems.

Jimmy H came on the service call and diagnosed the issue with the washer. He ordered the parts, and a week later, he came back and fixed the issue. He was courteous and professional, and I respected him for his mannerisms.
