Called On Friday needing service work on a fridge ice maker that quit working and there was an appt available on Monday. Mick called at 7:45 AM that he was 10 min out. He arrived promptly, was professional and completed his work timely. Very happy with the service.

John went above and beyond for my Mom. He took the time to explain to me what was needed and what had been done in the past to fix the ice/water dispenser. He sent me videos so I could see the issue with the dishwasher. Truly a nice guy and very knowledgeable. John was very professional and is a great asset to Sears. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Michael showed up In the window agreed upon. He was very patient and explained how to reset filter light correctly without raising freezer temperature. He double checked all readouts. He did a great job.
