The first tech you sent us a week a go was a joke. He didn't want anything to do with helping us out. The gentleman you sent us today was top notch. The best in the business. He deserves 10 stars and nothing less. He would of went up and beyond the call of duty to help someone out. A big thank you from us!

Our experience with Roger was exceptional. He was on time, very professional and wasted little time in diagnosing and repairing the dryer. In the future if we need an appliance repaired we hope Sears sends Roger on our call.

I advised Tony that my washer was "screaming" on the rinse cycle. And he knew what the issues was before he got started. He inspected the belt and it's was loose so he replaced it. And he was very friendly with my chihuahua Cocobean (who thinks he's a big bad dog) coco now has a new friend. Thank you again Tony!!
