I waited a long time to get my dryer fixed (more than a month). Many scheduled maintenance days were not followed through by Sears. But, it is done and it took 15 minutes to complete. Thanks Benny!!!! But, Sears Home Services is just plain - awful!

He was very nice very polite very friendly very efficient asked a couple questions checked a couple of things was able to fix the ice suspensor cleaned everything all up after you put back things back together. Everything worked great very polite. Have a nice day. I just wish everybody that we talk to was polite and easy to understand like this gentleman was from the United States of America.
