Michael was very professional in doing the repair. Additionally we had a conversation about retail experiences we have both had so was like talking to an old friend while he worked, this was great. I will only use Sears Home Services for any appliance repair in the future and will definately recommend you a well.

Roy was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending Roy we've had this problem for awhile so far the adjustment he did seems to have worked. Others had replaced the parts with new ones but had not fixed the problem.
