He was very nice very polite very friendly very efficient asked a couple questions checked a couple of things was able to fix the ice suspensor cleaned everything all up after you put back things back together. Everything worked great very polite. Have a nice day. I just wish everybody that we talk to was polite and easy to understand like this gentleman was from the United States of America.

It was a pleasure having Scott solve My washing machine problem. It didn't take long for him to identify what needed to be done to fix it. It was hard work, but did a great job now we don't have to worry About my washer, not working properly

Jarred was very nice. My problem is the way you handle service issues. Not one person you can call and speak with. This is absolutely disappointing as a customer. What if I were elderly and had no access to a computer and email. How then would you handle my problem with your product?
