This problem with the seal has been ongoing and has been changed 2 or three times. Junny explained why it was causing a problem and said he was going to request for the door to be replaced but was told to replace the seal. Will see what happens. Junny did the best he could to rectify the problem. I give him high praise for his work ethic and hopefully it works out!

Outstanding experience with Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive with superior technical knowledge and excellent communication. I asked for him to return and do the repair because I was impressed with his diagnostic visit. When my return visit fell through the cracks and wasn't scheduled for him, he called and worked us in.
