I am so pleased with Calvin as a service technician and as a fine young man. Although he was limited by the lengthy wait for parts, he was always prompt and cheerful for his appointments and took the time to make sure I understood the problems he encountered in the repair. Because of his excellent skills and intelligence, he was able to overcome the problems the repair encountered. Although he worked diligently with parts provided, the repair was finally determined unsuccessful when he could not restore power to the appliance (through no fault of his own).
