Felix was good, there is a problem that I have been having for a long time. I set up an and No one Shows Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I waited for two days with an appointment for each, no one came!!!!!! This is so frustrating for me!!!!!!! Sitting and waiting for a technician and No one!!!! This has happened more times that it should!!!!!

Michael was very professional in doing the repair. Additionally we had a conversation about retail experiences we have both had so was like talking to an old friend while he worked, this was great. Roy was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending Roy we've had this problem for awhile so far the adjustment he did seems to have worked. Others had replaced the parts with new ones but had not fixed the problem.
