Richard ordered the parts the first day they arrived a week later BUT Richard was not scheduled to make the repair for two weeks ? Richard was pleasant & new his job I'm sorry the scheduling team didn't do so well and we all had to wait a long time.

Antonio was at my home twice, first to diagnose the issue and then to install the new part. He was amazing! He showed up on time, called me 25 minutes before arrival and was very professional. He came neatly dressed, was kind, efficient and took the time to explain what he did and the features on the new panel. I couldn't be happier!
