I recently had the pleasure of having Gordon, a Sears technician, repair my appliance, and the experience was fantastic! Gordon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain the problem in simple terms. The repair was done promptly, and my appliance is now working like new.
