I was impressed at how knowledgeable and personable he was. He was able to explain what he was doing, the purpose of the parts, and was friendly and funny the whole time. I wish more service experiences were like this one. Give this man a raise.

Grady showed up on time, came prepared with the right spare parts, explained clearly how the service agreement works and did the work quickly and with minimal disruption as my wife and I worked from home during his visit. I wish all service people were like Grady!
